Genesis10 is searching the Des Moines market for a dynamic individual to join our Account team. This excellent opportunity is for growth opportunities within the IT staffing market in Des Moines. This opportunity is 100% remote but does require candidates to live within the Des Moines area.

What you will do
We are looking for sales leaders that will focus on business development.
The HUNTER: They spend 75% of their time cultivating new business. The HUNTER is making calls, meeting prospects, and leveraging the Genesis10 brand for Talent Solution opportunities from staffing augmentation, ERP Solutioning, our G10 program for early in career, and our Dev10 program for the next generation of entry-level software developers.
What you will bring
The successful candidate will possess a background with:
2-5+ years recruiting or sales experience preferably in the IT staffing industry
PMA-positive mental attitude
Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner
Ability to professionally represent Genesis10 as the partner of choice with new and existing clients
Drive toward KPI’s and meaningful activities
