As we embrace the future of smart real estate, we are seeking a Director of AI and Innovation to lead our efforts in integrating AI, automation, and emerging technologies across our properties and operations.
The Director of AI and Innovation is a key leadership role within the Realty Technology Services (RTS) subsidiary, responsible for driving digital transformation across R&R Realty Group. This position will oversee the adoption and integration of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customers’ experience, and unlock new business opportunities. The role will work directly with Business Unit Leaders to identify, develop, and implement AI-driven and innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
What you’ll do:
Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
Develop and execute a strategic AI and innovation roadmap aligned with R&R Realty Group’s business objectives.
Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, tenant experience, and business growth.
Identify emerging AI trends and assess their potential impact on commercial real estate.
Oversee the development and integration of AI tools that enhance collaboration between business units and project teams.
Work closely with the internal IT team to ensure AI initiatives align with existing technological infrastructure and business needs.
Utilize both internal IT resources and external partners (including consultants and AI vendors) to develop and implement AI-driven solutions.
Lead AI-related and other innovation change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.
Monitor AI performance and continuously optimize models to maximize business impact.
What it takes to join our team: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Business; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
