Privileged Access Management Lead

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an innovative, energetic, and transformational Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead to join our IT Security team.

The Privileged Access Management Lead is responsible for the overall strategy and operation of the PAM program, including the planning, design, and development of PAM solutions, and managing a team of managed service resources supporting PAM engineering and operations. This individual will interact with IT peers and leaders driving privileged access outcomes for Corteva that help to reduce the risk of cyber-attacks.

Primary Responsibilities – How will you help us Grow!

Develop and lead a privileged access management program that manages elevated access and permissions for users, accounts, processes, and systems throughout Corteva.
Analyze, design, and implement PAM solutions using the CyberArk and other PAM platforms in the Corteva environment.
Provide control and auditing capabilities over privileged identities.
Establish metrics to track PAM program performance and risks.
Develop and maintain an inventory of privileged accounts across key systems and platforms.
Continually enhance operational performance of PAM systems and processes.
Ensure compliance guidelines are met and documented.
Ensure processes are in place to enforce segregation of duties and least access privileges.
Ensure processes are in place to monitor and audit all activity on privileged accounts and credentials.
Leverage technology to automate and improve process efficiency.
Perform periodic reporting and measure process compliance.
Manage a multi-disciplinary managed service team, providing clear direction and ensuring performance objectives are met.
Interact with IT peers and IT leaders to drive win-win outcomes across the privileged access management landscape.
Promote awareness and education around privileged access risks and best practices across the organization.

Experience and Education – What you’ll bring to the table!

Experience leading PAM resources and projects in a global environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology/management, or related field is highly desired but not required.
Experience with account onboarding, password management, privileged session management, API integrations, and general business process and practices relating to PAM security controls.
Strong understanding of role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
Minimum 5 years of managing and designing CyberArk within a complex, multi-platform enterprise environment.
Knowledge of common cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and related PAM risks and controls.
10+ years of industry experience.
Minimum CyberArk Sentry level certification.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to find creative and effective solutions to complex problems.
Understanding of cyber threats impacting identity.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple current tasks and projects within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
Business and financial acumen with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex global organization.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Other Preferred Qualifications

CISM – Certified Information Security Manager.
CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
Good financial acumen and financial analysis skills.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
