We are hiring a HRIS Lead to join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HRIS MANAGEMENT
• Serve as HRIS SME, always building system knowledge, leading all troubleshooting efforts and holding vendor accountable for product stability. Define and document key processes for redundancy and repeatability. Serve as SME for embedded systems.
• Take ownership of managing system holistically. Leverage the available training resources for continual learning and to develop team training materials.
• Establish best practices for key functions and develop quality assurance tools.
• Identify and/or develop materials to train team members on system functionality and defined best practices.
• Plan for system releases and manage testing strategy.
• Complete system user security audits on a monthly basis. Manage access for terminated clients.
• Review year end project plan from a systems perspective and add new tasks as needed. Complete assigned responsibilities by identified deadlines.
HRIS SETUP
• Manage employee experience configuration to meet client needs.
• Complete initial system setup and related responsibilities with clear communication of status through timely project plan updates.
• Manage ongoing client setup needs related to manager access, positions/locations, PTO, benefits, retirement, reporting, documents, etc.
• Complete global system setup on an ongoing basis. Engage other SMEs as needed.
• Review year-end project plan from a systems perspective and add new tasks as needed. Complete assigned responsibilities in year-end project plan.
GENERAL
• Complete metrics reporting and system audits as assigned.
• Respond to clients, both internal and external, in a timely manner, always providing solutions and taking opportunities to train on self-service when appropriate.
• Document key processes for consistency and role redundancy.
• Stay organized, track and manage day-to-day responsibilities.
• Adhere to SLAs, meet deadlines and honor commitments.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in systems-related technical field.
• Four or more years of HRIS systems-related experience.
• PEO experience preferred

• Four or more years of technical systems development, maintenance or management experience.
