CLOUD SYSTEMS ENGINEER

The Cloud Systems Engineer will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team at LightEdge Solutions. This position will report to the Cloud Operations Manager and will assist with the lifecycle, maintenance, and operations of the cloud systems and cloud component architecture. Responsibilities Develop and maintain lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platforms remain current Maintain and support capacity management processes, metrics, and reporting to ensure adequate resource availability for continued expansion of the Cloud Services platforms Deliver

LightEdge services to clients in accordance with the Service Level Agreements Will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Compute & Backup and Storage solutions Participate in the after-hours (24×7) escalation on-call rotation Provide client support and technical issue resolution via telephone, email, and other electronic communication methods Escalate service requests and incidents as required Document and communicate service disruptions to the client and LightEdge management Other duties as assigned
