Under the general direction of the IT Director, this position delivers IT program and process strategy while managing projects, processes, and team members that provide infrastructure systems administration and strategy, help desk, security, and IT operations support for infrastructure, desktop, mobile systems, and internal applications.
This role will also provide leadership and program management for end-user, network and server infrastructure analysis, design, oversight of programming, project implementation and administration. This position will also oversee day-to-day operations of the end-user/infrastructure IT support group and help desk to ensure technical support issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, as well as monitoring and reporting on key metrics for the IT Operations function.
