BeyondReach works with VAR’s, Broadband Aggregators, & ISP’s on delivering connectivity to hard-to-reach and hard-to-serve locations.

This role will work closely with customers, sales and product development to align our technology, processes and delivery of services through designing and planning telecom networks.

What You’ll Accomplish and Experience

  • Go-To-Person for technical support and knowledge of communications, internet and fixed wireless solutions for Sales & Business Development Team.
  • Design and educate prospects and clients and team members how BeyondReach will deliver internet to their facilities.
  • Work with implementation team to ensure that solution is implemented as designed.
  • Remain current with changing technology.
  • Develop and maintain effective partner relationships.
  • Ability to secure bids and proposals in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions including one time and long-term contract purchases.
  • Support NOC to ensure excellent client experience.
  • Assist in developing tools and reports to improve overall client experience.

Desirable Previous Experience

  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, and Ethernet connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies (Both line of site and non-line of site technologies).
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network design, Layer-2 connectivity, Internet, MPLS, SDWAN, fiber optics, microwave transmission, wireless mesh, and secure IP networking requirements including IPSec, GRE, SSL and VPN technologies.
  • Strong understanding of CPE options to deliver CCR’s Product Portfolio .
  • Experience working with multi-vendor infrastructure.
    Hands on experience developing, migrating, maintaining and troubleshooting telecom networks.
  • Strong negotiating skills to obtain best prices, terms, and conditions, including one-time and long-term contract purchases, including preparing purchase orders and placing orders.
  • Solid IT background.
  • Procurement experience required.
