TRANSFORMATION TRACK

From Faxes to Agents: Practical AI-Driven Transformation Across the Enterprise

APR. 7 / 11:25 AM - 12:05 PM / CASE STUDY

About

Artificial Intelligence is now an integral part of our professional and personal lives. However, organizations are still burdened with supporting legacy business processes and to meet the challenge of increasing delivery expectations with limited headcount. In this presentation, we’ll provide practical examples of transforming some core business processes and how our software teams are utilizing AI to improve speed and quality of software delivery. We will specifically focus on practical applications of AI agents in document ingestion and routing, a custom developer agent, and application of Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Takeaways

  1. Start with the process, not the technology – Successful transformation begins by identifying high-friction workflows and then applying AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes.
  2. Do more with the team you have — When headcount is fixed but expectations grow, agent-based tools help teams scale their impact without burning out or sacrificing quality.
