About this session
Leading in 2023 is a difficult task, with constantly shifting expectations from customers, employees, and investors. Balancing their needs can feel like a trade-off game, but it’s important to accept that you can’t make everyone happy all the time. Being a good leader means expecting skepticism and disappointment from some stakeholders and being able to pivot priorities at the right time. It’s not about trying to be popular with everyone, but being popular at the right time with the right people.
