TAI’s Workforce & Education Committee addresses the opportunities and challenges shaping Iowa’s technology talent pipeline—from education and skill development to recruitment and retention. The committee works to raise awareness and advance practical solutions that support a strong, sustainable workforce critical to the continued growth of Iowa’s tech industry.
