Many people find failure discouraging. If it repeatedly happens, the despair can lead us to giving up–even on things we most cherish. But some interesting research has discovered that people who succeed often do so on a firm foundation of failure using identifiable skills and tactics. In this program, specific proven strategies and practical techniques will be provided to turn your most frustrating failures into treasured achievements.

As a University of Georgia professor, he conducts research into the characteristics and development of expert business leaders and sports coaches. He has authored six books, including the award-winning 5 Steps to Expert. As an internationally recognized scholar, speaker and consultant, he helps individuals and organizations build and lead high-performing teams.
