The Asset Value Risk team at John Deere Financial will provide a walk-through of the best practices we have discovered through the years. We will focus on the core tenants as well as what data-driven leadership looks like. We will discuss our approach to answering complex questions from stakeholders as well as how our models evolve with extended use cases. Finally, we will discuss the core role collaboration plays within our team.
