Debbie Dean Appointed as 2026 Board Chair of the TAI Board of Directors
DES MOINES, Iowa (February 2, 2026) – The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) is proud to announce that Debbie Dean, Vice President, Health Analytics Solutions at General Dynamics Information Technology, has been appointed as the 2026 Board Chair of the TAI Board of Directors.

I look forward to working with the TAI staff and fellow Board members this year to advance our mission and exceed our 2026 objectives,” said Debbie. “With 34 member companies represented on the Board, our mission is to strengthen the technology community across Iowa, showcase emerging ideas and share knowledge, and shape policy to drive innovation that impacts all Iowans. Debbie Dean is the Vice President of Health Analytics Solutions at GDIT. In this role, she oversees a broad portfolio of Federal health information technology and analytics initiatives across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She is responsible for program operations and growth strategy, federal contract oversight, business development, and industry partnerships. Debbie leads multidisciplinary teams comprised of more than 200+ data scientists, IT professionals, analysts, and program specialists supporting some of the Government’s largest high-priority health IT initiatives in the country, including healthcare quality reporting and advanced analytics programs.
