Announcing the Siouxland Cybersecurity Tech Town Hall
The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) and PC Matic are pleased to announce the Siouxland Cybersecurity Tech Town Hall Presented by PC Matic and the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce. This free event will take place on Wednesday, August 28th at the Sioux City Hard Rock Hotel and Casino from 8:00 – 9:30 am. Attendees must be 21 years or older.
A panel of technology leaders from Iowa companies will come together to discuss cybersecurity as it relates to manufacturing and digital security. Panelists will discuss how cybersecurity impacts their businesses, followed by an audience Q&A session.
“As a technology executive at Wells Enterprises and the 2019 chairman of the Technology Association of Iowa Board of Directors, I made it a priority to better engage Northwest Iowa with the Iowa tech industry,” said Wells Enterprises CIO Ryan Schaap. “Cybersecurity impacts every business and individual, and we are excited to bring this conversation to Sioux City.”
Panel members include Ryan Schaap, CIO of Wells Enterprises and Aaron Warner, CEO of ProCircular.
“Cybersecurity is a topic that is of great importance to all Siouxland businesses,” said Siouxland Chamber of Commerce President Chris McGowan. “We are excited to help put on this event with some great local and statewide partners.”

The Siouxland Manufacturing Tech Town Hall Presented by PC Matic will take place on Wednesday, November 6th from 8:00 – 9:30 am. The location will be announced at a later date.
