2019 TechBrew:AM Series Presented by US Cellular
The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) today announced the schedule for the 2019 TechBrew:AM Series Presented by U.S. Cellular. TechBrew:AM is a morning networking event for entrepreneurs, technologists, government officials, business leaders and funders to connect over coffee and learn about a local technology executive.
“We’re excited to have a technology leader like U.S. Cellular step up and support the TechBrew:AM 2019 series and ensure we can continue to bring engaging programming to TAI’s members throughout Iowa,” said TAI President, Brian Waller. “U.S. Cellular’s commitment to its communities is evident through their investment in Iowa’s innovation ecosystem.”
TechBrew:AM events will be hosted monthly on the second Tuesday in Cedar Rapids with Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance and on the second Friday in Des Moines at West End Architectural Salvage at 8 am. At TechBrew:AM, TAI President, Brian Waller conducts an interview with a local CIO who shares their favorite music for vinyl Friday, discusses their career path, and demystifies the role of a technology leader.

Michelle Bates, Chief Innovation Officer at Involta, is the first featured executive in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday, January 8 and Nate Heinrich, Director, Precision Ag Product Marketing & Innovation at John Deere is the featured executive in Des Moines on Friday, January 11.
