The Technology Association of Iowa and LWBJ Financial Announce 2013 Prometheus Award Finalists
DES MOINES, Iowa – (February 18, 2013) It is with great excitement that the Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) and LWBJ Financial announce finalists for the 2013 Prometheus Awards. The Prometheus Awards is the state’s premier celebration of extraordinary achievements in technology and innovation. This year a record-setting number of 98 nominations were submitted across 16 award categories, representing one of the most highly competitive pools to-date.
The annual Prometheus Awards is considered to be the largest technology event in Iowa and the industry’s most prestigious award. Winners will be announced at a ceremony held April 9 from 5 – 8:30pm at Veterans Memorial Community Choice Credit Union Auditorium. Over seven hundred leaders from business, education, and government are expected to attend.
The event’s title sponsor is LWBJ Financial. Other major sponsors include Wellmark, the Iowa Economic Development Authority, Merit Resources and Applied Art and Technology.
