Workforce development and addressing the labor pool shortage is a key TAI strategic initiative. Through our signature program, HyperStream – The Tech Hub for Iowa Students, TAI member companies partner with area school districts to raise awareness in Iowa technology careers among middle and high school students. TAI provides resources, training and support for member Ambassador teams, including three Web sites for students, educators and parents. Activities include HyperStream Clubs, interactive projects, job shadowing, competitions and more.
